He oversees strategy and global management of his companies, and deals with contracts and partnerships with the managers of client companies.

Sales and Marketing Director, Director of our headquarters in Neuchâtel and Senior HR Consultant, brings with him more than 10 years of international experience in luxury watch companies in the fields of Purchasing, Sales, Marketing, Communication, Retail, Training and finally in the administrative and financial field.

Senior HR Consultant in Neuchâtel, brings with her over 15 years of experience in Human Resources. She has been in charge of recruiting for all types of functions, including production or industrial.

Vanessa brings with her over 10 years of experience in the world of recruitment for various types of technical and service profiles. She joined the RS Partner team in 2021.

Mélanie brings with her several years of experience in administration as well as more than 7 years of experience in the world of recruitment. Mélanie has a Master’s degree in HR and joined the RS Partner team in 2022.

With a rich experience in the world of recruitment and customer service, Sylvia manages the administrative and operational side of our Neuchâtel office. Her strong sense of service offers a warm welcome to our clients and talents, both by telephone and electronically.

Carina has a commercial degree and has been working in the field of human resources for over 10 years now. She was able to gain experience in temporary recruitment before joining the RS Partner Back Office team in 2017.

Sarah has a Commercial degree, as well as a Professional Maturity in Commerce completed while employed at our Cabinet, Sarah continues her adventure with us as an administrative assistant. She joined the RS Partner team in 2021.
