Digital Marketing Manager

On behalf of our customer, a renown Swiss-made watch brand, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager

Location: Bienne


Development of Digital Campaigns

  • Develop, plan and carry out global digital marketing campaigns on time and within budget
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Setup Facebook and Instagram ads via Facebook Business Manager
  • Ensure a seamless campaign rollout and adaptation in the local markets
  • Plan and carry out A/B testing
  • Plan and optimize all digital Newsletter activities
  • Manage Google AdWords


Digital Strategy

  • Support the Head of Marketing to develop the international digital strategy and media plan
  • Develop campaign briefings and guidelines for the markets
  • Support the markets to develop digital marketing campaigns and analysis
  • Take full responsibility for the ordering of digital assets (agencies or internal)
  • Coordinate legal aspects with the legal department


Digital Analytics

  • Collect, analyze and report data from multiple sources (Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Adform, …)
  • Optimize practices based on daily monitoring of data insights
  • Implement best practices for Google Analytics
  • Develop automated monthly reporting to share with internal teams and stakeholders


Search Engine Marketing

  • Monitor and ensure indexation on search engines
  • Develop and implement SEO best practices to improve the brand’s natural ranking on search engines
  • Use the latest SEA features and best practices to improve campaign efficiency
  • Develop tactics to drive down CPA and increase Paid Search ROAS
  • Work with external specialized agencies to implement the global SEM strategy

Your profile :

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or digital field
  • Minimum 4 years work experience in digital marketing
  • Native French, German or English speaker with excellent written and spoken communication abilities in English
  • Experience in managing SEO/SEM, e-mail and display advertising campaigns
  • Sound knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics or equivalent), and CMS (Magento), Photoshop knowledge is a plus
  • Knowledge of Asian markets online practices and tools
  • Proven ability to work effectively across functions with Marketing, IT and countries
  • Open-minded and results-oriented
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong interest in digital trends, web optimization, analytics and data
  • Ability to work successfully with multinational teams and to meet tight deadlines under pressure
