On behalf of our customer, a renown Swiss-made watch brand, we are looking for a Digital Acquisition Leader.

The Digital Acquisition Leader is responsible for the operational management of the digital campaign execution and optimization activities, including managing the digital marketing suppliers.

Objectives of the Role:

The Digital Acquisition Leader has to guarantee the qualitative execution and optimization of all campaigns across all platforms, to deliver performance and ensure efficient accomplishment of Digital Acquisition objectives and priorities.

Main tasks:

  • Managing and executing digital marketing campaigns including: latest DSP platforms, programmatic, display, mobile, video, search, paid social, email marketing, blog, retargeting, influencer partnerships, and more
  • Drive digital acquisition across multiple e-boutiques, international websites and & country-dedicated websites
  • Ensure implementation of the campaigns, guarantee optimization and performance
  • Pilot data-driven lead and sale generation tactics with hands-on approach
  • Oversee qualitative tracking of all campaigns, use a tag management tool
  • Closely monitor and optimize acquisition budget effectively on various marketing platforms and channels ensuring tight coaching of the execution at agency level
  • Measure and report performance of all paid and unpaid marketing channels on a daily, weekly and monthly basis according to predefined KPIs, metrics and content
  • Optimize continuously the digital acquisition strategy by identifying opportunities and conducting testing across all paid marketing channels
  • Support Director of Marketing & E-commerce in conceiving new acquisition campaigns, customer acquisition and sales generation strategies
  • Work cross-functionally with the advertising agency, team and internal stakeholders
  • Create daily posts across digital channels that support marketing KPIs and result in new customer acquisition

Your profile:

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in digital acquisition and digital campaign management
  • Ideally experience working in a performance-oriented environment
  • Passionate about CPA, CPL, ROAS, ROI and cost-efficiency
  • Solid knowledge of DSP platforms, Taboola, Outbrain, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, AdWords, Facebook Business Manager, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Marketing Solutions & Google Analytics 360 including GTM
  • Hands on experience with programmatic technologies (DMP, DSP, Ad Server, etc.)
  • Have an in-depth understanding of cutting edge customer acquisition strategies across various platforms encompassing social media channels, paid and organic marketing
  • Great interpersonal skills, with an easy ability to coordinate and communicate with internal departments and external partners
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to share, interpret data and propose strategic optimizations accordingly
  • Ability to prioritize tasks independently, as well as flexibility to adjust quickly to changes in fast-paced environment
  • Excellent project management and task tracking skills
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
  • Strong oral/written communication, collaboration & influencing skills
  • Master of Excel & PowerPoint to build comprehensive reports & presentations
  • Experience working in financial services is a plus
  • Education to bachelor/master’s degree level or equivalent
  • Fluent in French & English – German is a plus
